Well here we are at the last minute as usual, packing for the bags & most exciting trip of our lives...goin' to Yokahama. It's hard to think of what we need, or might need, or even might not need, to take with us. As long as I have an extra pair of jeans, a couple of t-shirts and at least one clean pair of underwear, I can make it 10 days. But Betty Ann on the other hand, is taking 2 complete wardrobes, one in her check baggage, & one in her carry-on...just in case...go figure.
Anyhow, we're excited and Betty Ann's nerves are about shot. We're anxious to see our kids, but mostly our granddaughter, Lol!!! We'll be leaving Nashville Friday morning, heading for Detroit (Ohhh Noooo), then on to Japan...the land of beautiful cherry blossoms & lovely Geisha girls!!! Stay turned for more...Phil

Your flight leaves THURSDAY big man!! you show up at Nashville on Friday and you are gonna be a bit disapointed...
I just e-mailed Mom telling her that she didn't need 15 changes of clothes and to make sure you had more than 1!! HA! Do I know my folks or what?
Geesh Philbert, I am so glad you have a wife & kids to watch after you!!! Hopefully you won't miss your flight (by a whole day)...LOL!
Have a wonderful flight over & a wonderful time while there. Soak in all the sights you can. Oh, except for the Geisha girls (I hear they don't like bald guys). Maybe a wig would work...hehehe!
