Here we are, packed and ready to go. Dad is working to get all that luggage in the car, but I think what we have failed to remember is that at some point we will have to lug all that luggage through the airport in Tokyo. That is OK - it will be worth it. Our next post will find us in Japan. Pray for our safe arrival and we will 'see' you all soon! WATCH OUT JAPAN - HERE WE COME!

OOOh, I am so excited for y'all. Ok, I see Betty's luggage but where is the rest? LOL! Everyone have a wonderful time & I'm anxiously waiting to hear from you guys on Japanese soil.

I got them dropped off safely at the airport and last I heard, they had made it to Detroit. They should be in Tokyo by now and maybe even to Curtis' house. They arrived 6 minutes after schedule, 4 hours ago. After going through customs, then navigating the trains, buses, cabs and walking to Curtis' house, they may just now be getting there and settling in. I know I'm anxiously awaiting an update!
They're there! I'm talking to dad right now. They JUST got to Curtis' house. Flight went really well.
